  1. Scott Jaime says:

We want to bring our kids (6 and 14). Are they allowed in the beer area? Do we need to buy them tickets?

  2. lizzyscully says:

Hey Scott, you have to buy tickets to the Burning Can Beer Fest if you want to drink beer, or you can just purchase beer being sold by the Town of Lyons. They are allowed to be in the beer area, but they will probably have more fun in the kids’ area :)

  3. […] Saturday morning. The day’s events begin at 9 AM with the Kayaking Slalom competition. Check the day’s schedule here. Camping and parking info and an events map are also available […]

About us

About UsLocals created the Lyons Outdoor Games to bring world class athletes to its famed White Water Park to compete in freestyle, downriver, and slalom kayaking events as early as 2001. Since its inception, it has steadily expanded to include dozens of other events, from dog events and running races to BMX biking, dirt jumping, and the Oskar Blues Burning Can Festival.
